I must confess that I really enjoyed each second during our collaboration. We met a few years ago in Barcelona for a very intensive, international exercise. We (a team of 10 people) had to encounter customers of 3 countries simultaneity and gathered all information in a structured way (contextual design methology). They made the things happen. By organizing, coaching, encouraging all of us. I'm still very impressed by their organizational skills and their ability to find out not only one solution but THE only one appropriate solution, in all context. They are in 4 words: organization-communication-passion-teamwork. I'm very confident to recommend them!

They are very knowledgeable of process improvement practices. Over the years they had very aptly supported me in transforming software development practices in our Spain entities.
The previous 7 years we worked together on various projects. They are always striving to help people within the organization to further optimize the internal processes. They participated in various transformation initiatives to help the people and the organization to achieve quality goals at any point of the software development cycle. At the same time, they ensure that people develop their skills and become more efficient. As a SAFe Program Consultants (SPC certification), they supported the EU business in the implementation of the SAFe methodology to come to a more agile product development approach focused on the real customer needs. Their support and commitment to these implementation tracks helped the countries to be successful.
They helped us to greatly improve the PI planning app thanks to their feedback, which was always very precise, well thought out and realistically prioritized. They have an excellent work ethic, and their performance is characterized by a high level of sustainability, which we have experienced every time in the regular and well-structured feedback sessions. Even in difficult situations such as leading several teams and dozens of people through challenging distributed big room plannings, they pursued the goals with great perseverance. In addition, they have a great sense of humor and a deep concern for their partners. I have enjoyed working with them very much and look forward to creating the opportunity to do so again.
